We are partnered with an extremely ambitious and exciting company operating within the Technology sector.

They've experienced massive growth over their 5 years since being established, and are currently projected to bring in over £1 million in the last year alone.

They are now looking to further expand by bringing in strong Recruitment Consultants with IT experience to come and manage their hot desk of clients.

The Opportunity

They're only working with Tech startups and companies that have gone through series A or B funding that are desperate to hire
Working on all Tech roles from Mid to Senior level
8:30 6pm with some flexibility on start and finish times
Working as a Principal Consultant, the role primarily involves meeting and calling new clients
Generating new leads through cold calling, networking etc.
Building strong relationships with clients to effectively handover to delivery team for onboarding
Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
Strong recruitment background, a minimum of 2 years IT Recruitment experience
Experience recruiting internationally preferred but not required
Ambition and hungry
Track record for winning new business and handling effective delivery
Previous account management experience preferred but not required
Articulate and well accustomed to a clientfacing role
