What Would Your Role Be?

Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process
Negotiating and building relationships with senior level stakeholders
Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector
Coming up with new initiatives that will benefit the business
Booking client meetings and getting the chance to visit Scandinavia (They have offices in Denmark and Sweden)

The Requirements

Sales experience desirable but not essential and
Degree qualified desirable but not essential
Any recruitment experience at all would be advantageous
English language proficiency
Hardworking, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ambitious and selfstarter
Competitive nature
Great interpersonal skills
Must have the right to work in the UK
