Silcom Recruitment are excited to present a fantastic opportunity as a Workshop Manager for a long-standing client of ours at their independently run business.

As a Workshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's workshop.

This role requires someone who can lead from the front, maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service but also have a strong mechanical background.

So, if you have current motor trade Workshop Manager experience or similar? Responsibilities & Requirements of a

Workshop Manager:
Overseeing day-to-day workshop activities and ensuring efficient workflow.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing training opportunities for staff development.
Up to £45,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Monday to Friday [8:15am – 5:30pm] NO WEEKENDS
