    Front/Back of House Canteen Supervisor - Windsor, Berkshire

    If your answer is yes, then keep reading. We are currently seeking a Front/Back of House Canteen Supervisor to join our essential team at Combermere Barracks, Windsor, SL4 3DN

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the care and maintenance of floors, walls, equipment, and other areas in the facility (sweep, mop, vacuum, buff)
    • Ensure cleanliness of table surfaces and dining areas (tables, chairs, windows, etc.)
    • Monitor restocking of supplies in the dining area and beverage station
    • Oversee proper waste disposal procedures
    • Ensure timely sanitization and storage of dishware and utensils in the dish room
    • Manage restroom cleaning and maintenance activities
    • Organize and label chemical products
    • Enforce uniform policy compliance among sanitation team members
    • Meet customer sanitation needs and service expectations
    • Assist in inventory management and conduct weekly inventory counts
    • Supervise inventory receiving, unloading, and stocking
    • Maintain organized storage areas for easy access to products
    • Cross-train employees for flexibility in various roles within the facility
    • Assist in daily safety observations and promptly report any safety hazards
    • Role involves repetitive motions and working in potentially hazardous conditions

    Requirements

    • Willingness to perform a variety of assigned tasks
    • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
    • Strong leadership and communication abilities
    • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 6 hours
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying of up to 30 lbs
