About the role:

To provide technical expertise on project work and 3rd line support of the IT systems that make up the Electronic Monitoring Managed Service.

You will also be working on projects to improve and modernise our current supportsystem.


What we are looking for:

We have recently been through a Cloud transformation programme to AWS, and our IT function is seeking someone with experience using AWS in a previous position.

We are also working with modern technologies to improveour overall service. Experience in VMWare and Citrix would also be required.

This role is hybrid and offers flexibility.

To be applicable for this role you will need to be a British Citizen or have a ILR. You also must be able to pass security clearance such as criminal and credit background checks.
