Administrator looking for for the next step into a Team Coordinator role working for a Global company on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, they are a leader in their field in Consultancy and you will be rewardedwith profit share bonus and excellent career progression and training and development.
Salary - £25,000 - profit share bonus, 10% pension, healthcare
Location-Outskirts of LS- Hybrid 60%
The role;
- Acting as the Team go to person
- Diary management
- Working with both the project and business development and marketing teams in workwinning activities preparing bids, PQQs and preparing documentation such as CVs, project sheets, etc.
- Inbox management
- Arranging and attending senior level meetings
- Supporting strategic projects
About you;
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer and digital skills and indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and Teams, and have a good comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint
