Are you an experienced
Administrator looking for for the next step into a Team Coordinator role working for a Global company on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, they are a leader in their field in Consultancy and you will be rewardedwith profit share bonus and excellent career progression and training and development.


Salary - £25,000 - profit share bonus, 10% pension, healthcare

Location-Outskirts of LS- Hybrid 60%

The role;

  • Acting as the Team go to person
  • Diary management
  • Working with both the project and business development and marketing teams in workwinning activities preparing bids, PQQs and preparing documentation such as CVs, project sheets, etc.
  • Inbox management
  • Arranging and attending senior level meetings
  • Supporting strategic projects

About you;

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer and digital skills and indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and Teams, and have a good comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint
