Redhill - Office based.

£25,000 to £30,000

Are you an organised Inventory Coordinator looking for a new opportunity within a rewarding and growing company?


Our lovely client based in the centre of Redhill are looking for an Inventory coordinator to join their dynamic and forward thinking team on a permanent basis.


Responsibilities to include:

  • Receipting stock onto our in house
- system

  • Amending good receipt notes where necessary
  • Monitor stock levels between warehouses and arrange stock transfers when required.
  • Update stock balance sheets for forecasting
  • Organise reworks where required.
  • Input contracts onto the system and action any amendments
  • Assisting with reconciling stock reports to third party warehouse and promptly following up on any discrepancies
  • Accurately recording all products delivered at the warehouse and ensuring all delivery paperwork is received correctly.
  • Compiling daily & weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management
  • Covering Order processing and other operation tasks when required
You will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will also be a real team player with a can-do attitude.

Previous experience with working with data and dealing with customers will be an advantage, with the ability to use Microsoft packages.
