Admin Assistant
Our client based in Biggleswade are looking for an Admin assistant to join their office team.

This is a full time position on a temp to perm basis.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm


Responsibilities will include:


  • Courier Claims
  • Courier Invoices
  • Supplier Invoices
  • Service Reporting
  • CS Reports
  • Managing the admin mailbox
  • Stock checks and ordering of office/meeting room consumables
  • Arranging/Sorting Meeting Rooms
  • Updating Backorder Reports
  • Arranging Shredding/Toner Collections
  • Assisting Customer Service Department with General Admin Duties
  • General Office/Admin Duties
