Admin Assistant
Our client based in Biggleswade are looking for an Admin assistant to join their office team.
This is a full time position on a temp to perm basis.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities will include:
- Courier Claims
- Courier Invoices
- Supplier Invoices
- Service Reporting
- CS Reports
- Managing the admin mailbox
- Stock checks and ordering of office/meeting room consumables
- Arranging/Sorting Meeting Rooms
- Updating Backorder Reports
- Arranging Shredding/Toner Collections
- Assisting Customer Service Department with General Admin Duties
- General Office/Admin Duties
