Solihull Retirement Village, part of the
Extra Care Charitable Trust, are currently recruiting a part time
Receptionist.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at our
Solihull Retirement Village and support the village's commitment in delivering Extracare's mission of "
better lives for older people".

What will you do as our Receptionist:
- Meet and greet visitors in a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Provide a friendly and helpful telephone service
- Ensure all visitors & contractors can be accounted for in case of an emergency
- Ensure reception area is kept tidy and report any shortfalls
- With the Administrator, provide a typing and photocopying service and order stationery on a weekly basis.
- Set up systems to manage and keep accurate records of meeting room bookings
- Take comprehensive messages for members of staff or residents, ensuring they are passed on
- Train and guide residents, volunteers, or others to provide a competent service.
Our ideal Receptionist will have:
- Proven people skills with impeccable customer service and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
