Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor within an NHS organisation in the North Yorkshire area.

This role is hybrid requiring 4 days on site a week.

Your duties will include:

To provide a full range of comprehensive and professional Human Resources advice
To support Managers in achieving their business objectives through the fair and effective management of their employees and reducing corporate liabilities through effective risk management
Working with the HR Team, within a pooled resource model, to deliver and maintain HR services across the organisation whilst ensuring that workloads and competing priorities are managed effectively
