The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

The Role


You will provide an effective and efficient administrative service to Contact Management Administration department, Contact Centre and the Force Control Room.


You will report to the Contact Support Manager and support the Contact Management Administration Team, Contact Centre and FCR with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities


You will be required to carry out all admin tasks within the Contact Management Administration Department including Alarms (NPCC Security Systems Requirements 2018), Pegasus Help Me Help You scheme, Stop and Search, Driver Alert, Speed watch and Location Of Interest Markers as well as supporting the Contact Centre with any additional admin needs.

You should possess good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and the ability to manage competing priorities on your own initiative.
