Hours:
Part Time Time, 21 hours per week (Between Monday to Friday)


Salary:
£19,544 - £20,589 per annum, dependent on experience, pro rata

We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity within our Criminal Justice team as a MHTR team Administrator


Due to new funding and the development of our Criminal Justice services, Together EDP and Torbay Recovery Initiatives, will now be able to provide support for individuals with low level mental health issues who find themselves within the Criminal Justice system.


As an Administrator, you will play an important in helping us work towards our mission: supporting our service users to make positive changes.


You will provide administrative support to colleagues across the MHTR and Criminal Justice teams including our clinical team and pharmacies.

You will develop and maintain record keeping systems and provide support to team members as required.


This role can be very busy, but is also incredibly varied and rewarding, other duties include:

  • Data collation, including maintaining databases and producing reports
  • Working within Microsoft Outlook to maintain diaries and coordinate appointments
  • Working alongside our clinical team to generate prescriptions for service users


This role is an integral part of our team, as you will work closely with other administration teams across the service to support the day-to-day needs of - not only our service and partners - but also our service users and their families.


Position Details:

This position is available on a fixed term / secondment basis until 31st March 2025. This is a part time position working 21 hours per week. Working days and times can be agreed upon appointment.

The position can be based from either Barnstaple, Exeter, or Newton Abbot.

Who we are looking for:

This role would suit someone with some administrative experience, who thrives in a busy environment.

If you enjoy managing your own workload and are keen to learn more about working in a recovery setting, this is an ideal role for you.


In addition, you will also:

  • Be an excellent communicator, able to build effective working relationships with a range of people
  • You'll have good IT and administration skills and will be highly proficient at using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Previous office admin, customer service or experience in a health and social care setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • You will also be happy to work in a structured way, being able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
