Description

The University of Oxford's Radcliffe Department of Medicine (RDM) is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to expand their HR expertise while contributing to the dynamic environment of a multidisciplinary medical research department.

You will manage the day-to-day HR operations across two key teams: the Nuffield Division of Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NDCLS) and the RDM Strategic team (RDMS).

You will have demonstrable HR and recruitment experience, with a professional and adaptable approach to providing high levels of customer service and building relationships with stakeholders.

Experience of working within the public sector and using People XD HR data base are desirable.

This role promises a stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

You will benefit from joining the HR Officers Community of Practice across RDM's five divisions, allowing for knowledge sharing and development.

NDCLS's close working connection with the NHS and the chance to work directly with RDM's Head of HR offers a varied and wide-ranging scope of work, and an excellent way to advance your professional experience.

The position is based at the John Radcliffe Hospital site in Oxford, with the possibility of some remote work arrangements.

Applications for this vacancy are to be made online. For further details including a person specification, please see the attached job description.

Committed to equality and valuing diversity.
