To deliver outstanding service for all Corporate, Charity and Nominee clients and intermediaries across a range of processes that covers the full endtoend client journey. To administer all aspects of client dealing and settlement across all transaction types for clients invested in Unit Trust range.

What you'll be doing

Service provision: Providing an endtoend service to Corporate, Nominee and Charity clients using professional communication style and content as appropriate in order to: Deliver first class customer experience to corporate, nominee & charity investors contacting the Corporate Accounts Team including achieving operational accuracy of >99.5%, breach rate of

98% across all end to end processes.

Telephone dealing transactions: Providing a live dealing onestop service to telephone customers, adhering to valuation points, achieving quality and breach targets in order to ensure that regulatory and customer outcomes (including TCF) are met.
Problem resolution: Identifying customer issues that require escalation (including summary resolution & reportable complaints) action promptly, recording customer information as appropriate to ensure that the customer experience is maximised, the LGIM brand is enhanced and the issues are appropriately resolved.
Knowledge maintenance: Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all corporate processes and products, including the prospectus and regulations that it is bound by, in order to be able to offer continuous improvement to our customers.
Controls: Compliance of Financial Crime protocols, ID&V requirements, and other regulatory requirements so that the customers experience is optimised whilst still providing the required levels of customer and business protection. Complete end of day controls in a timely manner and as per process to ensure risk is mitigated.

What we're looking for

Good knowledge of Unit Trust products and funds including OEICs and structured products/deposits.
Good knowledge of Corporate Account systems, procedures and Contingencies.
Working knowledge of the Investment Strategy involving Corporate Accounts Team.
Communicating effectively with a wide range of clients with varying degrees of investment sophistication. To help clarify the client's needs and issues and to exceed their expectations.
Demonstrating actions that show an appropriate balance of customer and commercial needs.
Confidently making decisions based on evaluation of risks and using all available information
Building and maintaining relationships, including proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working under pressure, whilst maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
Communicating to a high standard, both verbally and written.
