Exciting Opportunity:

As a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer, you'll play a vital role within our global team. You'll monitor and manage over 14,000 servers, 250 network devices, across 8 data centers worldwide. NOC Engineers diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and OS issues efficiently to maintain optimum system availability for our clients. Due to our international operations, NOC Engineers follow a rotating shift pattern, ensuring round-the-clock business coverage. This role primarily covers the 06:00-19:00 GMT/BST hours.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor internal production systems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Collaborate with various teams to manage incidents and maintain accurate documentation.
• Update incident status within the ticketing system and communicate with stakeholders during major incidents.
• Maintain operational standards, documentation, and participate in knowledge transfer between shifts.
• Assist in post-incident analysis meetings and provide training to team members.

Your Qualifications:

• Prior experience in NOC or production support roles with Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with bash, Python, monitoring tools, and trouble ticketing systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proven multitasking skills under pressure.
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 companies and diverse IT environments.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-premise environments.

Preferred Certifications:

LINUX (LPIC-1, CompTIA Linux+), Microsoft/Microsoft Windows Server (MTA, MCSA), ITIL Foundations, ITIL Specialist/Practitioner, Networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA, AWS) certifications.
