As a Registered Nurse, you will be an advocate for our residents, playing a pivotal role in leading shifts, supervising, and managing care staff. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring the dignity and safety of our residents. Your role will also include being a role model for your colleagues and fostering a sense of purpose within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Administration and Care Planning: Ensure accurate medication administration and develop comprehensive care plans.
Resident Support: Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents.
Safeguarding: Maintain and uphold safeguarding principles.
Shift Leadership: Take responsibility as the Nurse in charge during shifts.
Team Management: Oversee team management and shift planning.
Infection Control: Implement and monitor infection prevention and control measures.
Liaison with Healthcare Professionals: Coordinate with General Practitioners and other healthcare providers.
Clinical Governance: Uphold the highest standards of clinical governance.
