MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Full time Permanent Immediate start Competitive Salary

This presents an excellent opportunity as a maintenance operative. We are a client-centric brand looking to improve on our delivery of service and quality of product we deliver.

Some experience in joinery, roofing, plastering, plumbing and tiling would be advantageous.

The role include (not exhaustive list):

  • Emergency out of hours reactive response
  • Interacting and dealing with clients
  • Must hold a full UK drivers licence
  • Identify and diagnose issues that require repairs
  • Instructing outside contractors where necessary and ensure they deliver on the task at hand
  • Good time management and multi task
  • Decoration, plumbing, joinery
  • Undertake regular patrols around our buildings to identify any repairs any health and safety issues
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a quality product
  • Must be hardworking, reliable and excellent knowledge of general maintenance work
  • Good communicator with interpersonal skills and act in a professional manner.
  • Inventory taking of materials and audit of consumables and materials
  • Key retention for the portfolio
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Some weekend work may be required
  • Smartly dressed and presentable
  • Ensure all buildings are secure including removing/fitting locks and adjusting doors and windows

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
