Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) & Customer Services Manager

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • This is a mixed field based/Office role, remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

We are looking for an individual who has a client-centric approach and liaise between the client, the tenant and Nicholson staff in order to: provide a first class service;

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers, clients and contractors on a daily basis.

The role is varied and fast paced, and you will therefore need to have excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills.


The successful applicant will understand client requirements and ensure relevant Nicholson staff note theserequirements and help implement and deliver our systems and processes.


  • Support the reduction in complaints.
  • Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers, to make sure that needs or concerns are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
  • Conducting check outs and check ins with residents

The Tenant Liaison Officer will:

  • Manage client relationships to engage on procedures
  • Support the wider team in managing customers and improving customer experience
  • Engagement with all teams to support delivery requirements
  • Improve access levels for all work streams
  • Ensure all customer details on all systems are accurate and implement a regular review with clients
  • Attendance at site/client meetings when required
  • Check fire safety of our buildings
  • Carry out property conditions surveys and pointing out to residents any repairs they are responsible for and ensuring they are carried out or charged
  • Liaising with external contractors where required, gathering quotes and providing access
  • Facilitate updating of all systems to reflect visits, information updating and client communication
  • Maintaining and monitoring key holding
  • Have a working knowledge and understanding of Property is
advantageousbut not necessary

  • A full and clean UK driving licence & own transportation.

Property Management: 3 years (preferred)
