    Impact:
    You will lead Leadership and Management programme. This will involve the design, build and delivery of the programme, as well as operational management and third-party relationships.
    Designing, building and delivering professional skills training in line with our Leadership and Management Programme.

    Liaising with the L&D Co-ordinator and L&D Programme Manager to ensure training sessions are scheduled accordingly and all logistics are thoroughly planned.

    Managing the Booking app for Leadership and Management, ensuring the system is fully embedded operationally and all sessions meet the minimum attendance requirement.

    Tracking these resources and their associated costs and benefits to the delivery of the Leadership and Management Training Programme.

    Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to align the Leadership and Management programme with organisational training needs and other training interventions including Welcome to Grayce, Bootcamp Modules and Upskilling sessions.

    Practical experience of designing, building and delivering training programmes.
    ~5+ years' experience in the field of people development.
    ~ Experience of working in change and transformation environments.
    ~ Ability to confidently engage learners by both classroom and virtual facilitation.
    ~ Critical and creative skills to design and develop engaging and impactful training materials.
    ~ A passion for developing and training emerging talent.

    Competitive base salary £ £65 000, DOE
