The Role
The Data Operations Specialist will work within Reorg's Global Covenants team, based in the London office.

This role will be to provide oversight and quality assurance management of a growing team of lawyers working off-shore, including training, development and performance assessment of the team, as well as data management and operational support to the Senior Global Data Operations Manager, as required.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for quality assurance and training development
  • Liaise with offshore data team and London/NY teams on workflow and data initiatives
  • Supporting the highyields and leveraged loans legal team, working collaboratively with the Reorg London and US covenants team, tech and product teams to maintain data and product integrity across a number of covenant databases Monitor and maintain data processes to check efficacy and data accuracy
  • Maintain internal reporting documentation
  • Instruct and lead various special projects and assignments
  • Deepen understanding of highyield and leveraged loans financing documentation

Requirements:


  • Minimum college degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum one year legal supervisory or managerial experience
  • Knowledge of the financial / capital markets; law/finance advantageous but not essential
  • Possess strong methodical skills, with an ability to accurately analyze and interpret large volumes of data from different sources
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proven ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team player in a fastpaced and collaborative environment
