About The Role:


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cyber Pre-Sales Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with clients to understand their pen testing needs, scoping pen testing work, and developing pre-sales proposals to provide solutions using the latest technologies.


  • As a Cyber Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with clients to understand their unique cybersecurity challenges and develop customized pen testing solutions to address their needs. You will be responsible for presenting our pen testing capabilities to clients, highlighting the value of our services and demonstrating how our team can help them improve their cybersecurity posture.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable working with the latest technologies and able to quickly understand and explain complex technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Speak with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges
  • Scope pen testing work and develop presales proposals to provide customized solutions
  • Present our pen testing capabilities to clients, highlighting the value of our services
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in cybersecurity and pen testing
  • Although focusing on Consultancy, Presales will also be able to articulate and design customer services and solutions, based on the Claranet Cyber Security portfolio in the following major product areas:
  • Managed Detection & Response
  • Penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and vulnerability management strategy
  • Governance, risk and compliance consultancy engagements including ISO27001, PCI DSS
  • Security training

About You:


Essential

  • Able to approach tasks with a systematic and detailoriented approach
  • Able to spot errors and issues, and take steps to correct them
  • Continuously seeks out opportunities to learn and expand their technical skillset
  • Able to clearly and effectively convey information through writing and speaking
  • Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and contexts
  • Has a background and prior experience in the field of cyber security
  • Familiar with relevant technologies, practices, and regulations related to cyber security
