DevSecOps Engineer

Remote (Central European Time (CET)) - 6 months contract - outside IR35


I am looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join one of the most experienced core blockchain infrastructure companies in the world.

You will have the unique opportunity of joining a team filled with the best talent in the market who have developed and pioneeredsome of the most advanced technologies in the blockchain sector.


Key responsibilities:

  • Write companywide security standards and guidelines, as well as tools to enforce those
  • Advise Infra Engineering on security topics and supervising their work (and infrastructureasacode codebases) from the security standpoint — maintaining things _practical_ using some form of a riskbased approach.
  • Organise and perform penetration testing of their infrastructure and collaborating with external parties on those tests.
  • Pick tools, methods and approaches to maintain and improve the security stance of the company. (And we have a strong preference towards FOSS tooling when possible)
  • Mentor other team members on all matters related to security and infrastructure engineering

  • Competitive day rate outside IR3
  • Initial 6month contract with extensions or option to switch to permanent
  • 98% remote (once a month in office) London, Berlin, Lisbon
  • Tech stack: Linux (SSH, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS), Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab, Gitlab CI, ArgoCD, Hashicorp Vault, AWS, GCP, Baremetal hostings, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Blockchain tech (wallets, keys, RPC nodes and indexers etc.)
