The Role
The role is part-time (4 h a day/3 days a week) with an option to be fully remote.


We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join our team and play an integral role in the daily administration of business operations by providing support to the team.


We are looking for a self-motivated and trustworthy individual to assist our senior management team with their administrative tasks and ensure that the rest of the team has adequate support when/if required.


You will be a self-starter looking to immerse yourself in the marketing industry and not be afraid to take on new responsibilities.

You will be numerate, commercially focused, and capable to demonstrate multitasking.

As you will be supporting a team, the ability to take ownership of several responsibilities and be competent in prioritizing is crucial for the role.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Senior Management Team with a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks (timesheets, expenses, run reports etc.) and ad hoc tasks
  • Supporting the CEO with company meetings and client meetings
  • Managing office supplies such as weekly online food orders and delivery
  • Managing regular lunches and snacks for the office and client meetings
  • Organising internal (staff) and external (client) social events

Your Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Good use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Confident in communicating and building relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Inquisitive, proactive and identify opportunities to champion successes internally and externally
  • Working intuitively to communicate and support the team
