We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Assistant to join our HR department at our 95 Wigmore Street office.

As a Payroll Assistant at Colliers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and on time.

You will be responsible for supporting the payroll process, maintaining accurate payroll records, and providing exceptional service to our staff.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Maintain payroll records by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Support the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and systems (experience with specific payroll software is a plus).
  • Good understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
