Grade 8 salary of £43,414 to £51,805 pa, with potential progression once in post to £58,284

In 2019 they launched the ambitious Birmingham In Action campaign, which commits to raising over £400million of charitable funding and achieving one million volunteer hours, positioning them as one of the world leaders in their development.

They are nowat the midpoint of this sector-leading campaign, and have secured significant support and investment into the team.

In this first phase of their recruitment plans, they are looking for 5 talented fundraisers and an experienced prospect research specialistto join their dynamic and ambitious team, in the following roles:


As Charitable Funding Partner (2 positions available) (Grade 8) you will work closely with leading academics and senior leadership to identify and design new funding opportunities to engage UK and overseas trusts, foundations and charities, with the aimof developing long-term partnerships.

As an experienced fundraiser this is your a chance to secure major and principal-level gifts, taking a relationship-led approach to building long-term connections with supporters globally.

Your track record of securing6-figure gifts or more from trusts and foundations will be key to success in this role, as will your ability to translate and present complex information into compelling proposals and asks.
