They're recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer of our client This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the well-established, trail blazing and proudly trans inclusive Women's Centre in Nottingham as they enter an exciting new phase of development.


Established in 1971, they have a long history of providing support to the women of Nottingham, campaigning for change, and bringing women together in a safe and friendly community space in the heart of the city.


Their new CEO will:

  • Deliver a project to renovate their building
  • Maintain their relationships with local and national partners
  • Keep up the pace with their antiracist and wider EDI work
  • Bring their teams closer together again after COVID
  • Work to secure their longerterm finances
  • Have the chance to take them to the next level

Details


Salary:
£47,000

Hours: 37 hours per week. Requests for flexible working will be considered.

Location:
Based at them with the opportunity for some home working.

You will need to support their values which include being feminist, anti-racist, inclusive, responsive and person-centred. Due to the nature and sensitivity of the project's client group, the post holder must be a self-identifying woman.

Selection days:
Thursday 2nd February and Tuesday 7th February 2023.
