We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team.


Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:
Identify potential tenants through various channels, including online platforms, social media, referrals, and local advertising.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct compelling sales presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our available rooms and properties to potential tenants.


Property Viewings:
Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about the rooms, properties, and lease terms to interested parties.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements in a professional and timely manner.


Lease Negotiation:

Engage in effective negotiation processes, tailoring lease agreements to meet the needs and preferences of tenants while adhering to company policies.


Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for room and property rentals, ensuring high occupancy rates and revenue generation.


Market Research:

Stay updated on local rental market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to ensure competitive offerings and maximize sales opportunities.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, tenant interactions, and lease agreements. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, occupancy rates, and revenue forecasts.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, property maintenance, and excellent customer service.

Customer Satisfaction:
Strive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing a positive experience throughout the tenant's rental journey.


Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in property rentals or real estate is advantageous but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential tenants.

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.

Self-motivated and driven by results, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term tenant relationships.

Familiarity with the rental market and knowledge of local regulations in Nottingham, UK is a plus.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.

Located in or willing to relocate to Nottingham, UK.
