WE Talent are working with a regulatory business in the City of London who are recruiting for a
Compliance
Administrator to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor, delegate and respond to the team inboxes
  • Assist to project manage the annual licence renewal process
  • Maintain and update guidance with the Team Manager
  • Give guidance on available qualifications and regulatory benefits
  • Complete KYC (know your client) screening checks
  • Updating data on the system and Excel trackers
  • Evaluate information for inaccuracies checking against policy guidelines
  • Support to the Senior Team member and Directors as required

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in compliance/audit/governance/quality assurance would be preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills (internal and external)
  • A confident communicator able to converse with all levels of seniority
  • Able to work with a high degree of confidentiality
  • A confident user of technology
  • Self motivated and able to take ownership
  • Process driven
  • Able to work fast with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A confident user of IT (Outlook/Word/Excel to intermediate level)
  • Experience of DocuSign would be beneficial
  • Experience of Xero would be beneficial
  • A thorough worker able to manage multiple priorities

£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
