Responsibilities:
- Respond to complaint/query messages on chat
- To ensure a consistently high level of service is provided
- Creating a positive first impression
- Respond to customer needs by listening and questioning effectively
- Having up to date and accurate information about current offers, promotions, and product availability
- Ensure that any incoming complaint, follow up or enquiry are dealt with promptly or routed to the relevant person/department efficiently
- Download pending orders on CRM system and amend address queries.
- Liaise with operations, ensuring website cut off times are promptly completed.
Skills/Attributes/Experience:
- Computer literate to a competent level
- Experience of dealing with the public

£10.42 per hour

- Nottingham, NG15: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
