| TEMP - PERM CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATOR |

| NG15, NOTTINGHAM |

| £10.42 PER HOUR |

| TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT |

| 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK |

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to complaint/query messages on chat
  • To ensure a consistently high level of service is provided
  • Creating a positive first impression
  • Respond to customer needs by listening and questioning effectively
  • Having up to date and accurate information about current offers, promotions, and product availability
  • Ensure that any incoming complaint, follow up or enquiry are dealt with promptly or routed to the relevant person/department efficiently
  • Download pending orders on CRM system and amend address queries.
  • Liaise with operations, ensuring website cut off times are promptly completed.

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Computer literate to a competent level
  • Experience of dealing with the public

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nottingham, NG15: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
