- Supporting students in the classroom, either one-on-one or in small groups, to help those with special needs, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviors.
- Collaborating with the class Teacher to keep students focused, engaged, and learning.
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning space that fosters the overall development of all students.
- Encouraging independence and self-confidence in students.
- Assisting students during transitions and managing challenging behaviors with a calm approach.
- Prior experience working with children or young people with special needs and challenging behaviors is a must.
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or related fields are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
