Description
Jackson Hogg are delighted be supporting a well-established business in Billingham, currently going through significant growth.

The Credit Controller will be responsible for ensuring the timely payment from customers and reducing aged-debt.


Duties:


  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer accounts
  • Utilize accounting software to track and update customer payment information
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service during interactions

Experience:


  • Previous experience in credit control or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience working with accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
