Accounts Assistant - Full-time


Enterprise Services group Ltd is an established facility maintenance company employing 125 staff providing professional cleaning, gardening and building services to businesses across the South East.


Located in Horsham, we are looking to recruit someone who is local and reliable, trustworthy and communicate effectively, also, completed either a bookkeeping qualification or who is AAT level 2 qualified to join our small finance team.


The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills, be proactive in their approach to work, have a high level of attention to detail and experience of working within an accounts department.


This busy role will include:

Accounts:

  • Processing and maintaining a Purchase Ledger
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries
  • Processing Company credit card payments and receipts
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Adhoc finance tasks, to include Payroll
General / ad hoc office duties as required, the hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Salary is dependent upon skills and experience. Full processing of a payroll including preparation and processing is key for this role.
