What we do:


Manual Process Automation is focused on automating business processes using low code / no code and emerging technologies to automate / remediate manual processes.

MPA Factory has different remediation solution i.e. Workflow (Baseline), Robotics, Data Transformation,Decision Automation, Integrated solutions.
The MPA Factory works across all operations process and shared services technology functions i.e. architecture, production services, low code / no code product teams, associated functions i.e. risk, control, BCP and vendor partners.
The Technical Architect acts as the technical expert, acting as the liaison with other internal technical teams/IT.- Providing a superior level of experience and knowledge of the technical aspects of Enterprise Manual Process Automation infrastructure (Workflow, RPA, etc.) and integrating the solution into existing architectures, including networks, virtual environments,and security frameworks

  • Supporting the delivery team with technical expertise and assistance in both integrating with and debugging systems used by and associated with Manual Process Automation infrastructure and processes
  • Responsible for architecting and designing Manual Process Automation solution infrastructures and environments, liaising with IT, security and other technical groups to ensure all infrastructure needs are met and fully implemented as necessary
  • Analyzing and leading discussion around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered to ensure optimal deployment
  • Understanding existing manual process automation solution, being able to articulate and explain solution advantages and differentiators as well as evaluate and support on new and emerging technologies i.e. AI/ML
  • Assisting COE lead, transformation leads & analysts and configurators / developers in fully understanding the implications of IT infrastructure and, if necessary, assisting in making informed decisions
  • Working with internal architects and solution leads / Developers as well as technical groups to ensure access and security profiles both meet the needs of the solution and all policies/restrictions in place
  • Assists and support lead configurators / developers in debugging daytoday problems, especially as related to infrastructure and technical considerations
  • Communicating with internal product team on related issues, suggested improvements, transformation and emerging technologies by participating with other users in enhancing the capability

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Minimum bachelor's degree in science / engineering. Associated certifications on new and emerging technologies will be good to have but not mandatory.
  • Experience across Infrastructure, Infrastructure design, Networking, cloud and emerging technologies
  • Comprehensive and evident understanding of Java or Microsoft Technology (VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services, Active Directory)
  • Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, including network communication, server interactions, security features (such as encryption), authentication/authorization systems (e.g. LDAP, AD), virtualization, remoting, and other systems necessary tosupport a platform / product architecture
  • The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and wellplanned approaches
  • The skills to design, author and asses well documented, supportable and scalable infrastructures and present them to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery
  • Strong communications skills to be able to work with multiple groups both inside and outside Manual Process Automation in support of development and deployment of specific infrastructure and environments, and present technical details to a nontechnicalaudience.
  • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation and technical diagrams
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind
  • An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines
  • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
  • A selfstarter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
