MBA are looking for a
Service Team Leader to work out of our client's highly prestigious dealership based in Preston.
Our client conducts business with integrity and enthusiasm, strongly influenced by the philosophies of what is a very old and well established family business.
This busy role will suit an enthusiastic individual with previous experience within a service department.You must have a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of an effective team as well as being a good communicator to meet and exceed high customer expectations and service levels.
About the role of
Service Team Leader:
- Supporting the Service Advisor team and Service Manager
- General administration duties
- Liaising with the manufacturer
- Communication with customers and Workshop Controllers
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar automotive role is essential
- A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
- Selfmotivated
- A mature, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- An effective communicator
- Wellpresented and personable
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
