- Contribute to establishing and a growing account
- Executing campaigns with strategic & creative excellence.
- Defining and embedding rigorous brand strategies.
- Developing strong client relationships.
- Managing the work and development of direct reports.
- Actively contributing to the knowledge and leadership of the planning department.
- Must be experienced at developing simple and incisive strategies that have helped to lead outstanding creative work.
- Must be confident writing and briefing creative teams – and have contributed to a few killer camapigns.
- Majority of experience earned within creative agencies.
- Must be a natural collaborator, inspire and earn trust within the creative department.
- Must be able to define, track and report against campaign KPIs
- Experience in brand strategy is a preferred – including brand positioning, purpose and architecture.
- Must have routinely presented to and collaborated with your clients
- Category experience not necessary, but experience with big clients is a plus.
