About the Role:
The PitchBook Legal team has a fun, challenging, and dynamic role supporting a rapidly growing company. We work with stakeholders across the organization on a wide variety of commercial and regulatory legal issues.
Although we treat our work with the seriousness it deserves, making it fun is a core value at PitchBook, and the legal team attempts to realize that value and maintain a good sense of humour at all times.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the assignment of tasks to attorneys in accordance with the Legal team's task management system
- Coordinate the completion of our clients' compliance questionnaires with internal stakeholders, which are extensive and may be contractually binding
- Iterate on Legal team processes to drive efficiency for the Legal team and internal stakeholders
- Respond to clients' compliance questionnaires and provide clients a detailed understanding of PitchBook's business including how we collect, protect, and display our data; and when providing these responses, maintain the confidentiality of our trade secrets
- Attend Zoom conferences with our clients' compliance teams
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to collect information needed to complete our clients' compliance questionnaires
- Communicate and manage timeline expectations for all the stakeholders involved in the completion of compliance questionnaires and in any other tasks you assist with
- Send documents for electronic signature
- Prepare and send form letters including cease and desist unlawful activities and Freedom of Information Act requests
- Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants within the organization to provide comprehensive executive support
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of administrative support or client service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully exercise discretion and succeed when confronted with ambiguity
- Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects for different stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to partner and collaborate with individuals across the company
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering highquality and detailoriented work
- Commitment to relentlessly high standards and ownership of providing highest quality services to our stakeholders
- Interest in finance or capital markets preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including indepth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
