TTF Programme Operations Lead

Job title:
AIR - Operations Manager

Salary:
£42,000


What you'll be doing:


  • Planning the simulator and ground school program iaw force requirements
  • Managing the daily simulator and ground school program
  • Coordinating and planning the 29 Sqn OPCON programme
  • Collation and analysis of reporting statistics
  • Managing TTF IT and training systems, including development of apps to support TTF processes
  • Workplace SHE activities
  • Development of the synthetic environment
  • Coordination of functional support services, including visitors, maintenance personnel and external contractors

Your skills and experiences:


  • Typhoon force structure and planning processes.
  • In depth knowledge of Customer training structure and processes (DSAT).
  • Understanding of the RAF Flight Safety system and sound working knowledge of Company PSMS processes.
  • Understanding of Customer synthetic training needs and utilisation of synthetic training requirements.
  • In depth understanding of computer programming to gather and analyse data (excel, PowerApps, PowerBI
  • Understanding of Customer organisations and processes.
  • Knowledge of TyTAN contract and, in particular, Aircrew Training
  • Typhoon Pilot training / programming typhoon knowledge.

The Typhoon Training team:


You will be an integral part of the TTF team of 24 people responsible for the delivery of pilot training to the UK's and partner nations' Typhoon Forces.
