Lead the credit control team across the group. Have full and complete
understanding of all policies, processes and procedures, ensuring continuous
improvement to system functionality and credit control procedures and deliverables,
ensuring all credit control deadlines are met and processes are upheld as well as
driving process improvements forward.

  • Motivate and provide support to the credit control team.
  • Work closely with key departments including the operations team.
  • Attend operational meetings with clients where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records
  • Chase and collect overdue payments
  • Use initiative to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill
  • Suggest adjustments to company spreadsheets/databases, handle basic queries and
