The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Be involved in the design of technical support and provide this. Deliver solutions that ultimately meet the requirements of the business
Collaborate with the architecture team following Agile Methodology
Look at emerging technologies and then advise based on that information
Translate business needs into both functional and non functional requirements

Key Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Including SharePoint/Teams/Exchange)
Experience using Azure including Kubernetes
Azure DevOps
Great problem solving skills
Dynamics 365
