Position Overview:

As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's production facility.

You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of shifts, managing a team of skilled workers, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate and oversee shift operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity for our client.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
Respond promptly to any issues or concerns that arise during shifts, taking appropriate action to resolve them effectively.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development.
Strong background in fast-paced manufacturing, particularly in industries such as chemicals, food, drink, or oils.
Flexibility to work a 4 on (2 days, 2 nights), 6 off shift pattern.

Salary:
£60,000 per annum, including shift allowance.
