    Description

    TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join a very successful independent firm of chartered accountants based in Tunbridge Wells.

    In this position, you will be responsible for providing a mixed audit and accounts service to a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations.

    Our client is equally open to a candidate who may not necessarily have lots of audit experience but is interested in building a career in audit & accounts.

    This position will range from only 25-30% audit work, therefore offering a great work life balance.

    Preparing financial statements from clients trial balance;
    Auditing all areas of financial statements and preparing audit files for review;
    Committed to work as part of a team, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to help others and take initiative when needed;
    Ability to provide on-the-job training for team members when appropriate;

    You will be ACA/ACCA studying or qualified by experience with a strong background in accounts or audit, with demonstrable audit and accounts experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.

    Annual salary £28,000- £40,000- depending on experience
    20 days annual leave + bank holidays

    You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice. You will have worked as Semi Senir or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
