£250-£300 per day, PAYE

3-Month Contract, Inside IR35
Our client is a leading name in the pharmaceutical industry globally, who are looking to hire a Procurement Administrator to join their Burgess Hill-based team on a 3-month basis.
Responsibilities
- Issuance of template QAAs to 3rd Party suppliers, managing responses and coordinating the review of responses by relevant teams
- To assist in the management of the team contract repository
- Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to
- Maintains individual skills and technical knowledge to Company standards
- Preparing template QAAs for issue
- Issuing template QAAs to 3rd Parties suppliers, coordinating responses and communication with suppliers
- Ensuring proactive and timely supplier responses are received
- Coordinating review of responses with Regulatory Affairs and Legal
- Supporting completion and signing of finalised QAAs
- Reporting completed QAAs to relevant Global teams
- Support the Procurement Team with processing and analysing supplier information
- Monitor and support the return of supplier questionnaires and any accompanying documentation
- Ensure tasks are handled within the agreed service levels and quality standards set by the Procurement Department
- Supporting the management and coordination of the Procurement inbox and internal stakeholder and supplier queries
- Coordinate supplier meetings with the Head of Procurement and Procurement Managers as and when needed
Requirements:
- Experience in communicating with external / third party stakeholders
- Working with confidential information
- Contract administration
- Managing documentation
- Coordinating work between several teams
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at a competent level
- Experience in working independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business fluent in English
- Attention to detail
- Strong Organisation skills
- Contract Administration experience
