About The Role:

***The Delivery Management Officer (DMO) will work closely with Portfolio DMO to ensure quality checks across lean governance process. This could entail RAID checks, financial reconciliation and monitoring activities, resource management, supporting communication mechanism, handling various data to drive insights, build or coordinate reports/dashboards to endorse the governance processes, etc.


To do this you'll have previous experience in PMO related activities, as well as excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office, strong stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with the ability to identify and manage risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.


You'll have strong attention to details with proven experience of writing high quality reports and dashboards, ability to accurately analyse and interpret appropriate data led activities keeping the bigger picture in mind.

We'd welcome additional experience of working with large datasets covering data collection through to analysis, interpretation, presentation.

Able to use dashboards, to analyse data and present it in a way that tells a story.

Comfortable with ambiguity, can handle the unexpected with flexibility and has strong communication skills, both oral and written.


And You Will Have

  • Knowledge of agile / scrum
  • Proven track record of working with a crossfunctional process or IT delivery team in a large Enterprise environment
  • Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps and Programme management lifecycle methodologies and standards
  • Excellent written, verbal communication
  • Analytical skills
  • Understanding of value realisation frameworks
  • Familiar with Scaled Agile ways of working
