Hybrid - Junior HR Administrator - RTW/Immigration Team


Resource Solutions are looking for an Administrator to join our clients UK & Irish Immigration Team on a temporary basis for 6 months to support with work across the Summer.

The team is responsible for advising, supporting and guiding their employees on immigration and right to work options within the UK and Ireland.

The team works globally with teams across Human Resources such as Recruitment, Onboarding and International Services as well as collaborating with their HR Business Partners and Business Unit Clients.


Your primary responsibilities:


  • Support the UKvisa team in administering our visa support for the Summer Campus programme in Glasgow and London
  • Responsibility for helping our team maintain compliance with Firm's Immigration Sponsor License by managing right to work check processes for both New Hire and Campus hires
  • Review of vendor invoices against work completed
  • Management of team inbox triaging and document retention requirements
  • Assist with weekly and monthly team reporting via Workday and Excel report functions
  • Assisting with reviews of immigration data

Skills required

  • Proven administrative experience either within a Human Resources function or a corporate department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to seek and identify alternative solutions when faced with an obstacle.
  • Ability to take ownership, to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable whilst aware of own limitations and of when to seek guidance from more experienced colleagues.
  • Strong team ethic and proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage expectations of clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fastchanging environment
  • Team player must be willing to "pitchin" and assist where necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£10.57 per hour
