RG Consultancy are working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Birkenhead who are looking for a purchase ledger clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting role for someone to work closely with the finance manager within the business and support the whole purchase ledger function as a stand-alone role.

The finance team is made up of the finance manager and this position.

This is a well-established company and operate fully from the offices.

*Duties: - Processing high volume of invoices

  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Dealing with PO invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Nominal ledgers
  • Other adhoc finance duties
  • SAGE 50 software / MS Excel
*Benefits: - Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 8am - 5pm - early finish on a Friday

  • 20 days plus bank holidays (increases with service)

  • On site parking
*Skills and abilities: - Strong software knowledge - SAGE would be an advantage but not essential

  • Strong purchase ledger experience minimum 2 years

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
