About the role
Within KENVUE the Global Plan Organization is the 'keeper of integrity' for supply chain planning processes, data and metrics - maintaining efficiency of process execution and ensuring skill-set building of our planners through training, communication and understanding change requirements.

We are looking for a:
PANGEA Program Business Lead (PG40)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Business Deployment of the PANGEA Global Template (
Advance Planning Solutions:
OMP + Anaplan) across all regions in KENVUE:
- Work with BT Lead, Regional GPEx and Finance to prepare the Business case and CAR documentation for every regional deployment
- Prepare and coordinate the fit to template sessions with each region which derive into new requirements to the Global Template
- Ensure new Business models/flows integrated into the Global template
- Connect with PLAN Global Process Owners and set Governance to approve new requirements to be incorporated into the Global Template
- Lead the three Business workstreams: 1. Demand Planning, 2. Supply & Production Planning and 3. Reporting to full adoption.
- Accountable to manage the connect with Regional Supply Chain organization through the Regional GPEx Lead in support on the Kickoff, onboarding resources, and Business Transformation Journey
- Own Financial projections linked to financial updates and Project budget execution
- Responsible for Business activities in support of testing plan on TAT, BST, UAT and E2E Data Integration Testing
- Responsible for Change Management Strategy including Organizational readiness, Stakeholder readiness, Training and People engagement and Business readiness
- Work with Regional GPEx to manage Business Transformation plan in every region including deployment of New Business model and Impact Assessment
- Manage with PMO the Project Governance internally and Steering Committees
- Coordinate with ONE S4 Program to integrate activities int the project timeline or as a separate stream
Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies
- Education: University Bachelor's degree or equivalent / MBA is preferred
- Experience: Supply Chain Planning area experience with demonstrated knowledge
- E2E supply chain knowledge encompassing supply planning and in market planning execution
- Ability to work with multiple business partners
- Good Project Management Skills and sufficient Project Management Experience
- Operational experience in Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning or Production Planning
- Experience in process design/process reengineering and ERP/APS systems implementations desired (SAP APO and/or OMP preferred)
- Team player
- Ability to build relationships with technical and business peers across functions, business units and geographic boundaries.
- Sets high personal standards of performance
- Drives for results and delivers on customer service level agreements
- Ability to stay with a problem until settled
- Ability to work within a global environment
- Ability to work with stakeholder
