FTC Commercial Director Job in Poole
Dovetail Recruitment are working with a well-established and successful commercial business in the Poole area.

Our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Director to join their Senior Leadership Team for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a fantasticopportunity for a skilled Commercial Contractor who is meticulous, tech savvy, process orientated and driven. The successful Commercial Director will add value to the current infrastructure to support wider strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement commercial strategies based on our client's goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth
Drive improvement across supply chain, logistics, and production operations of the business
Able to think commercially and take responsibility for cost and expenditure measures
Challenge and respond to KPI Data, driving improvement, and efficiencies across the business
Drive strategy
Prioritise customer excellence both internal and external customers
Work with and influence the senior team to drive operational goals and initiatives
Drive and improve a safe and healthy working environment for colleagues across the warehouses, compliance, and health and safety
Play a key role as the business continues to expand its network and worldwide proposition
