The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire.


This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a genuine interest in working with students aged 7-19, particularly those with a diagnosis of Autism.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with their academic and social development.

The curriculum includes Life Skills, offering a unique opportunity to help students develop essential life skills.


Working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will have the chance to provide personalized assistance and support to students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.


This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive pay rate of £95-£100 per day and includes a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day one, providing stability and security.

Working hours are 8:30am-4:40pm, allowing for a fantastic work-life balance
