Placement Officer (Slough Children First):


Salary:
£12, £15, including local weighting)


Hours: 18.5 hours per week


Contract: 12 months fixed term contract

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Brokerage team within Slough Children First as a Placement Officer


As one of our Placement Officers, you'll be managing all referrals into the service, and undertaking robust negotiation of all placements that meet the assessed need, and to achieve best value.

You'll be managing and recording confidential information, and using databases, as well as responding to all operational requests.

You'll ideally have experience of working within Children's or Adults Social Care, or within a similar service sector. You'll need to be assertive and able to negotiate placement costs to achieve value for money.
