**Team Leader - Customer ServicesCheltenham
£30,000 per annum + bonuses (Package circa £36k)
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour

Due internal promotion an exciting opportunity for a team leader has become available to manage a small customer service team at a well-regarded, international organisation.
You will be joining a rapidly growing, company with excellent career progression opportunities.
The role:
- You will directly manage and motivate line reports
- Ensuring performance management
- Contributing to the continuous improvements to the service and their processes
- Coach and develop staff
- Complete regular 1:1's and performance appraisals
- Complete work load allocations
- Act as the escalation point for more complex queries
- Ensure the team deliver excellent service, completing quality assurance calls
The person:
- A proven track record of successfully leading a team
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent relationship building skills
- Be adept at delivering and continuously improving high quality services
- A passion for coaching and mentoring the team
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Be able to use own initiative and solve problems
- Be educated to degree level
- Leadership training beneficial
