**Team Leader - Customer Services

Cheltenham

£30,000 per annum + bonuses (Package circa £36k)

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour

Are you a dynamic, service focused people manager looking for a new challenge?_

Due internal promotion an exciting opportunity for a team leader has become available to manage a small customer service team at a well-regarded, international organisation.

The role will be a varied position covering all aspects of service provision, linemanagement, team development and coaching.

You will be joining a rapidly growing, company with excellent career progression opportunities.

The role:

You will directly manage and motivate line reports
Ensuring performance management
Contributing to the continuous improvements to the service and their processes
Coach and develop staff
Complete regular 1:1's and performance appraisals
Complete work load allocations
Act as the escalation point for more complex queries
Ensure the team deliver excellent service, completing quality assurance calls

The person:

A proven track record of successfully leading a team
Strong communication skills coupled with excellent relationship building skills
Be adept at delivering and continuously improving high quality services
A passion for coaching and mentoring the team
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Be able to use own initiative and solve problems
Be educated to degree level
Leadership training beneficial
